Our privilege to welcome you in our family house and offer you relaxation, peace and pleasure. If you have chosen Croatia as your holiday destination, you are sure to have the most wonderful time enjoying the sea and the sun. our house is located in a small Istrian town of Novigrad, only a 10 minutes stroll from the center of the town and the beach. If you wish to escape the summer rush, our Novigrad is just the right place for you since it is located between two major tourist centers – Poreč and Umag, which are only 15 kilometers away.
There is a store located in the vicinity of the house which will meet your basic requirements. There is also a restaurant nearby where you can taste and enjoy the Mediterranean cuisine. Our mission is to be good hosts to all our guests so we are always at your disposal in order to make your holiday a pleasant, interesting and enjoyable experience. It is our wish to make you feel completely at home. We are fluent in English, German and Italian.

The city walls have for centuries embraced and protected Novigrad’s rich history, its culture and valuable traditions. In fact the first written reference to the city goes back to the distant 599 A.D. Novigrad was founded on the grounds of several villages that are known to have existed on this same land in the past- Neapolis in the Seventh century, then Civitas Nova in the Ninth century, and ancient Emona (Aemonia) in the 12th century. All of this states the fact that Novigrad’s background is filled with a rich and very turbulent past.
